grind

Did some conditioning today to re-introduce my muscles to exercise again. 6 months is a massive layoff. If I get back to strength, I cant let this happen again.

45 minutes light gym work

4 mile gentle walk [am]
3.5 mile gentle walk [pm]

Will lift again on Saturday. some squats for 1st time since feb. Once I establish where my current strength is, I will make out amaybe10 week prog to take me up to N.I's.

By the way Sean/Colin or anyone else are welcome to come up to Strabane on Sat
