I decided to cancel today's lifting due to fatigue. No catching up to do or guilt complex. I have to listen to my body. Been very very tired recently and doing alot of sleeping.
Tomorrow I will do some light bodybuilding and rest for Friday's lifting.
Therese asked me what I want to do for my birthday on Friday. I told her that I want to lift weights.
