Very pleased with tonight's volume. really enjoyed session. Snatch technique seemed out of sync but didnt drop any.

Snatch balance was good today. I can't get much higher in the power cleans because technique breaks down. I found an old tip that ronnie gave me 2 years ago and this might have helped a bit.
Tomorrow I finish with a few light jerks, a good squat session and some presses.
Friday is next snatch night. Hopefully Sean comes up.
