haven't really lifted in 2 years. Hopefully, I have shaken off some injuries and can have another go at this sport. I want to compete again.

a small amount of aerobic work. Finding it hard to lose excess weight but very pleased with weightlifting progress. 10 weeks done and thoroughly enjoying it
Main reason for training is to enjoy those great days at competition. There is nothing like it. A fresh start at 46. Main inspiration - the great Laurence McConnell
