QWA WEEK 5 DAY 1 [PART B]

Unexpected pb's

Rack Jerk
45x3; 55x3; 65x3; 75x3; 85x3; 95x2; 100x1; 105x1; 110x1**pb 112.5xx
First time in yonks that I have rack jerked more than 100. 112.5kg felt like 90 but with the excitement my knees began the shake. I was actually thinking too far ahead [115]. I couildn't lock out but was close.

  3. I said last week that you made the 122.5kg FS look easy and it appears that I was right! Its good to see that you did not stop there and have put another 10kg onto your PB already.
    If progress continues at this this rate will we see 150kg by the end of September??

  5. Thanks Guys. I took Pete's advice and turned some aggression into positive lifting. I really want a 112.5 clean soon to get Pete cleaning again!!! With the music, I am struggling to get sounds which get me in a good frame of mind.
    Last week I was trying to jerk 92 and then a bloody abba song came on. I failed the lift and nearly wrote my shoulder off in the process.
