qwa week 1 day 2 part b

Snatch Balance 20x3; 30x3; 40x3; 45x3; 50x3; 55x1; 57x1; 50x3; 45x3; 40x3
Military Press 40x3; 45x3; 47x3; 50x1; 52x1; 55x1; 57x1; 40x3; 42x3; 45x3; 47x3
Back Squat 47x3; 57x3; 67x3; 70x2; 67x3; 67x3; 67x3. Slight soreness in knee so i stopped as a precaution

Light weights yes but they feel heavy to me. No bad pain. Knee is ok but very cautious. It will take me a hell of a time to get back. Barring injury, I will keep at it.

Snatch and clean and jerk Friday/Sat. Hopefully Sean comes up for a bit of craic and good lifting
