40x3; 45x3; 50x3; 55x3; 60x3; 65 xx; 65 xxx. Complete disaster. Up to 60kg - ok. trying to keep ass low to floor but seem to have alot less power. Very frustrating
Power Clean.
60x3; 70x3; 80x3; 90x1. Felt weak and a rather stiff back wasn't helping. I am, going to do these again today because my form was horrendus. With the postponement of the Ulsters, I seem to have lost a bit of focus and motivation.
