Did a bit of light bodybuiding for 20 minutes early after noon. Right forearm still hurting after golf. Shins aching a bit as well
Evening - Deadlift 60x3; 80x3; 100x3; 120x3; 140x1; 160x1. The 160 felt heavier than the 190 several weeks ago.
Front Squat 40x5; 60x5; 70x5; 80x5; 90x5; 80x5; 70x5
