Snatch
40x3; 45x3; 50x3; 55x3; 60x3; 65; 67xxx; 67xxx; 67xxx. I couldn't even get near to my power snatch the other night. Yes I kept my ass low to the floor but even though the weight felt quite light, I kept losing them forward. This was the 1st time in weeks that I actually felt like lifting . I actually thought that I might nail 80kg snatch tonight. So frustrating.

60x3; 70x3; 80x3; 85x3; 90x1; 95x1; 100x1; 102.5xxx Again very far off my pb. The 102.5 I couldn't rack, it actually nearly broke my wrists.

ReplyDeleteBadass, i think you need to keep your elbows rotated outwards on pulls. This will keep the bar in close. I think you also need a good deep sports massage.
