I made a gentle start on Sat and then Monday. Body feels very stiff and quite weak. Every maximum now is a new pb. I have got to forget what I have done before.
Snatch 40x3; 45x2; 50x1; 55x1
clean and jerk 40x2; 50x2; 55x1; 60x1; 65x1; 70x1. [felt like 100kg]
Squat 40x3; 50x2
Monday
Rack Jerk 42; 47; 52; 57; 62; 67; 72; 77.
Deadlift 80x3; 90x3; 100x3; 110; 120.
So my new pb's are @ 81kg bw
squat 50
clean and jerk 70
Snatch 55
Total 125
Deadlift 120
Setting new pb's gives me the motivation I need.
