Pete very kindly gave me some feedback on today's lifting something which I am really grateful for.
I have just spent 30 minutes comparing screen shots of Pete's snatch against my own. I think my get set position is looking better.
I got a better understanding of what Pete meant.
* I am not finishing the pull
* After the first pull, my weight remains mostly on the toes,shoulders are too far forward and balance is generally out of sync.
* Bar will need to brush around pelvic area instead of thumping off mid thigh.
can't wait to go again..
