Not feeling on top form today so lifting felt like a bit of a trial. When work is difficult, my energy seems a bit sapped.
Did only minimal poundages but back squats had me concerned. I didn't finish them today because I felt that the back could buckle. I decided to finish the session early.

A wise man knows when to stop the session and come back tomorrrow- STRONGER. You avoided injury tonight and yet still managed to practise. So that is progress in my book.
