haven't really lifted in 2 years. Hopefully, I have shaken off some injuries and can have another go at this sport. I want to compete again.

cardio blast
Making the most of my holiday with plenty of walking. I need to search for my weightlifting gear in case I lift next week. If I do, I will treat it as my first training session.
Main reason for training is to enjoy those great days at competition. There is nothing like it. A fresh start at 46. Main inspiration - the great Laurence McConnell
