Snatch 42x3; 47x3; 52x3; 52x3; 57x3; 62x2. miss half of these forward. Skipped the rest which is something I never do. Bad form, bad form,bad attitude, things bugging me, got a touch of flu, swine flu, bird flu?? -not a good combo for lifting

Maybe do a third day in the week to do technique and work with about 50kg. Draw line on floor and try to get the jump forward addressed. Also the extra day may help you stay more flexible. I know if I trained twice a week I would feel rough, especially in the snatch.

95 is not a bad rack jerk.
I have just downloaded Tommy Kono lectures from you tube to see if they help. Might try drawing a line. I take it that the toes start and finish on the line.
