QWA WEEK 1 DAY 1
After a couple of difficult weeks and the serious thought of quitting I finally managed to get started. Considering how weak I feel and the constant fatigue, I was pleasantly surprised how today went. I felt that if I could manage the first day, then the future could be rosy.
Snatch 40x3; 47x3; 52x3; 57x3; 62x3; 62x3; 62x2 [dropped 2 but dont give a s___.
Colin is going to sort out my elbows for this.
Power Clean 40x3; 50x3; 60x3; 70x3; 80x3; 80x3; 80x3; 75x3x4. More left in the tank.
Rack Jerk 40x3; 50x3; 60x3; 70x3; 80x3; 85x3; 85x2; 85x2. Delighted and surprised to get this. Havn't done rack jerk for months
Front Squat [1st time doing full squats instead of parallel squats]
55x3; 65x3; 75x3; 85x3; 95x3; 102x2; 95x3x4 [hard but solid]
I feel pleasantly surprised to get through this. I might be coming out of this difficult period.
