Dose of Eatititis

Weightlifting is making me very hungry again. I found myself visiting the fridge too often. Decided to take myself out for a 30 minute light bodybuilding session and sit-ups in local leisure centre. did 600 situps.

Might do a few press-ups later.

Tomorrow is rest day. Friday is day 2 weightlifting

  1. I did 50 crunches, which I now do after all weightlifting sessions
