40 minutes light conditioning, 5 mile treadmill,5 mile walk

Sat
early morning 4 mile walk, 20 minutes conditioning; 5 mile treadmill.

Tomorrow heading off for a 4 day break in Clifden. Considering entry for ni champs even though i cant c+j what i snatched last year. If back can manage some weights next week, I might have a go
