5 mile walk
headed off to rossnowlagh for half a day to plat football with the kids. A few heavy showers but otherwise, a pleasant day.
No lifting today because I was home late.
haven't really lifted in 2 years. Hopefully, I have shaken off some injuries and can have another go at this sport. I want to compete again.
