Tried to start snatching today. didn't warm up properly so the knee bagan to hurt a bit
Waited for an hour then started again
Snatch
40x3; 45x3; 50x3; 55; 57. Went into a full squat with 57 but wasn't happy with the slight knee pain. Decided to finish with power snatch 55; 52; 50x8
Power Clean
47x3; 57x3; 67x3; 72; 77; 72x2; 67x3x4. Still not pushing it to save the back
Rack Jerk
47x3; 57x3; 67x3; 72x2; 77x1; 72; 67x3
M Press. Not too many as I am a bit stiff from previous training.
Front Squat
Decided not to chance squat today.

doesnt sound too good brendan, why not stop, go to gym , buid up slow slow slow
ReplyDeleteTrying to work through it. If I stop again, that's me finished Im afraid. It bis slight annoying pain. Nxt time, I will spend more time warming up. I was able to do back squats on Friday for some reason with no pain
