haven't really lifted in 2 years. Hopefully, I have shaken off some injuries and can have another go at this sport. I want to compete again.

No training today after all. I have 3 days rest now which I hopw wont do me any harm. Right eye swollen for some reason. Lifting on sat even with one eye.
Slight pain in right elbow so I need to be careful
Main reason for training is to enjoy those great days at competition. There is nothing like it. A fresh start at 46. Main inspiration - the great Laurence McConnell
even with 1 eye, cyclops springs to mind and he was a pretty strong man........go for it
