Taking 1-2 protein drinks per day now hoping to maintain muscle while I lose body fat.
I am now back in the 94kg class.
No weights today, going to max on friday

ReplyDeleteI quite enjoy doing the aerobic exercise. I bought a road bike at the start of the summer and have 800 miles done on it. I find this much more interesting than running.
It has taken me a long time to realise that diet has more to do with weight control than exercise. I am trying to work on the theory of eating right all week and then from Saturday evening to Sunday not worrying so much about what I eat. Trouble is my weekend is starting on Thursday evening instead of Saturday!
I am also quite sure that you can go a good bit heavier on the FS. You made 125kg look easy on the video!!
