Have jeans, will lift classic

The start of our global once a month max day.
Did some power snatches and power cleans up tp 80% by several sets.
Snatch 40x3; 50x3; 55x2; 60x1; 65x1; 70x1; 75x1xx; 75x1; 80x1xxx; 82.5x1xx



Clean and Jerk
40x2; 50x2; 60x2; 70x2; 80x1; 85x1; 90x1; 95x1; 100x1; 102.5x1; 105x1. the cleans felt very tough. I put everything I had into this today.
Total 180kg



Did some back squats to finish and then hurt my knee at 120kg. Hope it is only a slight strain. Rest of the lifts are on colinbirdman [you tube]

  1. Brendan maybe need to hold off on the squats and aim for just below parallel instead of full, great lifting!

  2. Some 1/4 squats & Jerk drives might be good if the angle doesn't hurt your knee. The clean looked very easy.
