Snatch 40x3; 45x3; 50x3; 52; 55x Right knee suddenly hurting??
Power clean. Plenty of reps using light to moderate weights
Jerk Light weights used up to 75 concentrating on technique
Front Squat 45x3; 55x2. Had to stop again because of unusual pain in right knee
Summary
No back pain today but disappointed having to stop because of right knee pain.

my right knee was sore during and immedaitely after my last session, but it is the one without the cartlige, though its fine since
