haven't really lifted in 2 years. Hopefully, I have shaken off some injuries and can have another go at this sport. I want to compete again.

Another set back
I decided to teach my son the squat clean today. I was trying to do my training at the same but unfortunately rushed one of the cleans and sustained quite a painful injury in the lower back region. No lifting for at least a week unfortunatley.
time for patience, i hope to resume lifting this week late on aiming for a week to allow complete recovery from back injury - even after it hurts, better to give it a couple of extra days
